Our Life Sciences Supply Chain practice helps clients to transform their end-to-end supply chain to be patient centric and an enabler of growth.

What would you do?

Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority.

At a Consultant level, it could be :

  • Lead and support client engagements in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC).
  • Partner with R&D, Technical Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions to design end-to-end digital product data strategies that enable faster development and regulatory submissions.
  • Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models for CMC, regulatory, and manufacturing handovers, identifying digital enablement opportunities.
  • Design and implement next-generation PLM solutions to manage recipes, formulations, specifications, and product data across the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dassault, PTC, Veeva, Informatica, Hexagon) to configure, integrate, and deploy PLM and data management solutions.
  • Provide industry thought leadership on digital CMC operating models, regulatory trends (e.g., IDMP, PQ / CMC data submissions), and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation, AI / analytics, and automation into PLM / CMC programs.
  • Develop client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations.
  • Manage workstreams and / or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

  • Who do we need - Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences manufacturing space with PLM / Tech Transfer / CMC / Digital CMC experience
  • Bachelor's degree
