Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee the day-to-day functions of the claims area and provide leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee claims inventory management to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs effectively

Assist in resolving complex claims and monitor claims quality for accuracy and trends

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

2+ years of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or related office services

Previous supervisory experience with defined outcomes required

Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and / or Medicare preferred
