Job Summary

We are expanding our MIT Extraction Isolation team with motivated and detail-oriented individuals. The Production Associate - Isolate will support the crystallization, filtration, drying, and packing of mitragynine isolate. This position reports to the Production Lead and operates under established standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, compliance, and safety in the production process. This is a full-time position working on a DuPont shift schedule (12-hour shifts, both day and night positions). Each shift team will include three associates working together, with one acting as shift lead.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; immediately report safety concerns.
• Operate process equipment including :

Reactors for pH adjustment and crystallization.
