Customer Service Representative

Paying $20 per hour on 2nd shift

Location : Northwood, OH

We're seeking a driven Customer Service Representative to be the frontline liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service via phone and email regarding material availability and order status.
• Coordinate issue resolution by collaborating with internal departments including contract administration, purchasing, finance, and plant operations.
• Meet and monitor internal sales goals related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Create, update, and maintain reports on customer issues, order activity, and sales performance.
• Perform order entry and prepare quotes as needed or assigned.
• Uphold and exemplify TKMNA's Employee Attributes and Competencies.
