About the Role :
This individual is responsible for overseeing the daily delivery and health of core infrastructure, endpoint support, networking, and technology services. This role ensures stability and performance across cloud platforms, endpoint management systems, AV, cybersecurity tools, and IT operations processes. This individual leads the service desk team and plays a key role in developing escalation procedures, managing service requests, and coordinating with third-party vendors (MSPs).
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who brings both technical depth and strong team coaching experience to modernize and stabilize technology operations.

Lead & Develop a High-Performing IT Team
