Field Support Coordinator

The responsibility of a Field Support Coordinator is to oversee the warehouse and yard, facilitating a variety of administrative and order processing tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the yard and warehouse personnel
  • Receives, processes, and follows up on project orders from jobsites
  • Supports the Field Support Superintendent with administrative tasks as required
  • Verifies and reviews jobsite order processing
  • Ensures supplies are shipped to the appropriate project
  • Efficiently processes delivery permits
  • Maintains a positive and customer-oriented approach
  • Assists in trucking dispatch
  • Operates forklift and other material handling equipment
  • Manages a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Qualifications

  • Education / Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Required Competencies

    • Must be detail-oriented and organized

  • Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, problem-solver
  • Ability to prioritize and remain flexible
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on teams

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work safety around moving machinery
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from ground level to waist level and 30 pounds to above shoulder level throughout a scheduled work shift
  • Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's
  • Ability to work in changing climates, including hot, humid, cold, wet seasons
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
  • Position requires acceptable corrected vision
