Description :

The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.

The unit has recently opened with state-of-the-art emergency equipment.

The Emergency Department has 11 beds and a staff of 2-3 per shift.

The night shift includes 1 charge RN and 1 staff RN.

Patient ratios are 4 : 1.

Expect to work rotating weekends.

Typical procedures performed include medication admixture and the use of top emergency equipment.

Preferred additional certifications include TNCC and NRP.

Candidates with previous emergency experience and a self-motivated attitude will be prioritized.

This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and equipment.

All nurses on the unit have 8+ years of emergency department experience.
