Description :

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit.

The shifts are during the night and consist of 12-hour work periods.

The role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience.

Candidates must hold a valid RN license and maintain certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Cardiovascular experience is essential for this role.

The nurse will work with a patient ratio of up to 1 : 4.

Weekend shifts will be required on an as-needed basis.

The nurse will float to similar units based on facility needs.

Orientation will be provided to familiarize with unit protocols.

The team will include various interdisciplinary support services.

The daily census averages approximately 38 patients.

Nurses will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks including telemetry monitoring and care management.

Strong skills in IV management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and airway management are necessary for this position.
