Responsibilities :

  • Physical Transfers : Assist with safe transfers from electric wheelchair to toilet and back, and from electric wheelchair to bed and back.
  • Personal Hygiene : Assist with showering, grooming, and other hygiene-related tasks.
  • Household Tasks : Support with light household duties such as doing laundry and taking out the trash.
  • Community Outings : Accompany the individual on short outings to nearby stores and local activities.
  • Companionship : Engage in enjoyable activities such as listening to music or watching movies.
  • Monitoring & Support : Provide attentive and respectful care, observing any changes in health or behavior and reporting concerns as needed.

Requirements : Requirements :

  • Negative TB test within the last two years
  • Two (2) valid forms of identification
  • Live Scan background check clearance
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
