Traveling Senior Construction Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Traveling Senior Construction Project Manager specializing in mission-critical projects, particularly data centers. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-stakes construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all stages of the construction process.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and upper management.
Provide strategic oversight in the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical facilities.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and data center construction processes.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.
