Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift in Jackson, TN. This on-site role is part of the T&O Global Supply Chain team where you'll lead a team of facilities and production maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

The Job

• Supervise all facilities and production maintenance needs, supporting the preventive maintenance program while ensuring all safety & quality requirements are met.
• Direct maintenance and facilities team members to achieve daily manufacturing work schedules, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Lead troubleshooting plant-wide problems, coordinating resources for resolution.
• Manage work assignments, overtime schedules, and OJT training of team members.
• Document 5S & safety audits, efficiency reporting, SPC reporting, scrap reporting, maintenance work orders, & DMR maintenance on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis.
• Schedule department work centers & equipment to meet output per 13-week schedules.
• Facilitate team meetings for continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, & cost.
• Collaborate with area supervisor on talent management and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with site contractors for special projects and manage EHS compliance and project scheduling.
• Interface with local power company during electrical outages.
