About The Position

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : ARRT, Fluoroscopy Permit, BLS, ACLS

Must-Have :

Candidates must have experience with coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias.

Candidates should be able to perform coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures.

Candidates should have the ability to set up equipment and maintain sterile fields.

Candidates must be able to monitor hemodynamics and insert pacemakers.

Description :

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab.

The tech will handle a daily caseload of 8-12 procedures.

Types of procedures performed include coronary artery disease interventions, peripheral vascular disease interventions, and permanent pacemaker insertions.

Candidates will be required to respond to calls as needed, up to four days a week.

Weekend coverage is not required.

Candidates with pending fluoroscopy permits will be considered if they have applied for said permits prior to submission.

Travelers may float between facilities if necessary.
