Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract guests

Oversee all marketing planning and execution strategies, including digital strategy and public relations

Lead community engagement efforts and manage marketing budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred

3-5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, resort, or tourism industries

Previous resort or independent hotel experience strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising or mentoring a team
