Applied Innovation is seeking a Manager of Service Solutions and Development to oversee our Network Connectivity, Solutions, and Training teams.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage direct reports across networking, software solutions, and training.
Develop and execute strategies that align technology services with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with vendors to source, evaluate, and manage technology and training solutions.
Ensure alignment between technical teams and the delivery of amazing customer service.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development within the teams.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Evaluate and prepare performance appraisals, resolve personnel issues, and interview and hire team members.
Requirements :
Previous management experience in technology or training is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills, project management skills, and vendor management.
Passion for training and developing a team. 10% travel.
