Key Responsibilities

Monitor network operations dashboards to proactively identify and report issues

Engage with the client's network solutions for smooth operations from store opening to midday

Collaborate with the managed service provider to efficiently address and resolve network issues

Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of Ethernet switching and wireless networking

Ability to follow established processes for issue notification and escalation

Experience with network monitoring dashboards

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
