Location : Beaverton, OR | Part-Time (20 hrs / week) | Hybrid Options Available

Are you an experienced audit professional looking for a meaningful part-time role with real flexibility? We're seeking someone with a background in public accounting and employee benefit plan (EBP) audits to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week . You'll work with a supportive, knowledgeable manager and contribute directly to both audit engagements and financial analysis for key clients .

About the Role

In this part-time position, you will :

Lead or support employee benefit plan (EBP) audits , ensuring accuracy and compliance with DOL and ERISA requirements

Assist with financial analysis and advisory support for select clients

Work closely with a collaborative team and experienced manager who values your input and respects your time

Enjoy autonomy and flexibility while maintaining meaningful professional engagement

What We're Looking For

Public accounting experience , with a focus on audit

Hands-on experience with employee benefit plan audits

Strong understanding of GAAP, audit procedures, and compliance standards

Excellent communication and time-management skills

CPA or CPA-eligible preferred

Availability for 20 hours / week , with flexibility within a 26-hour workweek window
