Location : 9715 N. Virginia Reno, NV 89506

Pay : $20 - 24 / hr.

Shift : Sun-Thurs 1pm-9pm. Hours are subject to change based on company needs.

Summary :

As a Fleet Administrative Assistant you will dispatch drivers, track trailers and data enter information into Fastrac as well as a sharepoint file. Log late departure times with driver explanation. Run reports as needed and communicate via MS Teams with multiple branches in the network. This is a very fast paced environment requiring commitment, multi-tasking and focus.

Minimum Requirements for this Position :

  • Minimum of two (1) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma is required.

    • What you will do as a Fleet Administrative Assistant :

  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
  • Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
  • The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department.
  • Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
  • Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.

    • What you need to be successful as a Fleet Administrative Assistant :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to communicate and interface with many vendors, and corporate employees.
  • Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Provide feedback to Corp Accts Payable, Facility GM's and Fleet department regarding invoice, maintenance, and compliance issues.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to Internal and External Customers.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications : Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent data entry skills including 10 key.
