Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience

EPIC experience

Description :

This position requires a Cath Lab RN with experience in a fast-paced environment.

The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1 : 1 in a two-room setup.

First-time travelers will be accepted for this position.

Weekend rotation participation may be required.

On-call duty is required during evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 12 shifts of call per month.

The nurse will not float outside of the Cath Lab scope to meet facility needs.

The manager has discretion regarding block scheduling accommodations.

Only non-local candidates will be considered for this position.

RTO restrictions are not applicable.

If confirmed for the position, there is a guarantee of minimum hours based on the schedule selected.

In cases of cancellation, there may be provisions that outline how hours are managed.

Basic Cath Lab procedures will be conducted including but not limited to pacemaker insertion and diagnostic catheterizations.

Special equipment used in the lab may include IABP, Impella, and angiography systems.

Travelers must complete an OSHA respirator clearance prior to starting this role.

Travelers are expected to maintain grooming standards for respirator fit testing.

All clinicians must adhere to traveling guidelines, including work duration limits.
