A company is looking for a MyChart Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
Assist patients with activating accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the MyChart Portal
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examples
Previous call center experience preferred
