Key Responsibilities

Engage consumers and educate them about the Home Equity Cashout product

Maximize conversion rates from lead to application and funding while managing inbound leads

Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring compliance and delivering timely updates

Required Qualifications

Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS required, with preference for specific states

Bachelor's degree

Minimum two years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role preferred

Strong business acumen and professionalism
