Territory Manager

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to support a specialized oncology diagnostics initiative focused on the lung cancer space. This is a strategic, territory-based role responsible for engaging key clinical stakeholders, supporting the adoption of advanced molecular testing, and driving thoughtful growth across a defined geography in the Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with broader organizational goals and the needs of the lung oncology community.
• Engage with academic medical centers, IDNs, hospital systems, and select community practices, building trusted relationships with oncologists, surgeons, interventional radiologists, and pathologists.
• Identify opportunities for appropriate clinical integration of testing through education, collaboration, and resource coordination.
• Maintain and grow business relationships while supporting existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure successful implementation and account support.
• Track territory activity, monitor trends, and provide timely reporting to internal leadership.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional integrity, compliance, and patient-centered focus.
