Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly experienced Milling Machinist Level 4 to join our team. In this role, you will perform complex setups and operations on CNC milling machines including Matsuura horizontals (Fanuc control) , Haas verticals , and Haas UMC 5-axis . You’ll be responsible for producing high-precision components that meet tight tolerances, maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and documentation.

As a Level 4 machinist, you are a go-to resource on the floor — skilled, independent, and reliable.

What We Offer

💵 Pay Range

$29.18 – $49.62 per hour

This reflects the advanced skill level of a Level 4 machinist. Actual compensation depends on your experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range .

The business site where this position is located is an ITAR-compliant operation. Due to ITAR regulations, Ichor Systems is only able to employ US Persons.
