This role is based in a hybrid environment (home and LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by business needs). The work location can be Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York City.
Responsibilities
- Lead Process Management : Define and continuously refine end-to-end lead management applications, from intake and processing to quality assurance and routing within Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics. Collaborate with Engineering partners to optimize alerting and monitoring reports and KPI dashboards that measure lead pipeline performance and effectiveness.
- System Troubleshooting : Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex issues within the MarTech stack, including the internally built Lead Management Pipeline, and integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, Responsys, On24, Campaign Manager Tool, and other systems; collaborate closely with Engineering partners.
- Rules Management : Build, manage, and update Lead Preprocessor, Lead Filter, and Lead Routing rules across the marketing technology ecosystem. Conduct end-to-end testing of system integrations and new lead types, validating proper lead flow and functionality before deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure full integration, alignment, and optimization of the Lead Pipeline and MarTech ecosystem. Work with Sales Operations and Marketing on cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless lead flow and operational alignment. Provide guidance on best practices for managing lead pipeline updates and changes.
- Technology Optimization : Own, maintain, and optimize the marketing technology stack to enable efficient lead generation, distribution, and reporting, ensuring seamless processing of inquiries (INQs) and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). Implement new lead routing strategies and evaluate the lead pipeline to identify improvement opportunities across the stack.
- Process Scalability : Establish scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management, supporting both inbound and outbound marketing. Analyze lead management data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing and lead processes.
- Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor lead flow and system performance, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, and drive marketing and sales effectiveness. Use reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor lead pipeline health and proactively address performance issues.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.3+ years of experience in sales operations or working with lead management.Preferred Qualifications :
Proven experience in managing marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce, Dynamics, Lead Management Pipeline, and other systems like Marketo, Eloqua; responsible for system oversight handling lead management from marketing to sales.Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex big data sets and drive decisions using data; strong SQL skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects with tight deadlines.Understanding of sales and marketing processes, preferably in a B2B environment.Technical aptitude and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.Extensive experience in UAT, focusing on high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.Experience developing and implementing self-serve user interfaces for sales teams.Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in lead management.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on lead management processes.Suggested Skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location.
