Commercial Finance Executive

A company is looking for an AVP, Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct secondary market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the health tech landscape

Support M&A due diligence, partnership evaluations, and strategic planning exercises

Optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes and variance reporting related to new business

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred

Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Strong understanding of healthcare economics and payer-provider models

Experience with financial analysis and budgeting

Proficiency in BI applications and data analysis tools preferred
