Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Insurance Analytics Consulting with 15-20 years of experience in leveraging AI, data, analytics, and engineering to solve complex business challenges for Fortune 500 insurance companies. This senior leader will drive business growth, client success, and thought leadership across key insurance functions, including underwriting, pricing, claims, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional expert with deep industry knowledge and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Leadership :

• Lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 Insurance clients, delivering high-impact AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize merchandising, store operations, marketing, customer insights, and supply chain.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation in insurance through AI, ML, data engineering, and cloud solutions.

Key Qualifications

Pay : $180,000 - $250,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits : As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a 'free time' PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
