A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide support for a proprietary MS-SQL based enterprise business solution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor logs, automated processes, and user incident reports for analysis and resolution
Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide suggestions for system improvements
Configure application settings based on client needs and document workflows for future reference
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of application support experience
Knowledge of T-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with C# or similar OOP languages; JavaScript preferred but not required
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now preferred
