Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a 3-credit PLA course, including outcomes, modules, and assessments
Create or curate instructional content to guide students in portfolio preparation
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure course alignment with academic standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Education, Adult Learning, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in Prior Learning Assessment or adult learning theory
Experience designing or teaching PLA or portfolio-based courses preferred
Curriculum design experience and familiarity with the principles of backward design
Technical skill in generating and editing multimedia content
