In this role, you'll help ensure our clients' cases move forward smoothly by preparing legal pleadings and scheduling hearings with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Draft and process legal pleadings based on work orders
• Schedule hearings for objections and motions
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to clarify and complete work orders
• Research and resolve questions related to submitted work
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite urgent pleadings
• Keep templates updated and organized
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team
