Senior Benefits Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Administer domestic and international leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws

Manage benefits billing, reconciliation, and compliance reporting

Design employee communication materials and support training sessions to enhance benefits engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including U.S. and international programs

Strong knowledge of leave laws and workplace accommodations

Experience with self-funded medical plans is a plus

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with HRIS and benefits platforms

Ability to create engaging visual content using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
