The Warehouse Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of beauty and cosmetic products. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to maintaining product quality, meeting safety standards, and supporting a dynamic warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of cosmetic products, ensuring quantities are accurate.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping schedules.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, using inventory management systems to track product movement.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols specific to handling cosmetics and related materials.
- Assist in regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, shelves, and work areas.
- Report product damages, shortages, or other issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution, especially within the cosmetic or consumer goods industry, is a plus.Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in product handling and data entry.Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards for cosmetic products is desirable.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Bi-Lingual is a plus.Work Environment :
