Organized, with great attention to detail. Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs.

Their projects are typically between $40M-$80M and consist of mostly new construction. Responsibilities :
- The right hard-working Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a project to ensure costs, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendents through continuous learning, and the ability to take on distinct roles while effectively working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and coworkers.
- share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm, including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.
