- Experience with charting systems
Description :
This position is for an evening shift in microbiology.
The schedule includes 8-hour shifts starting at 15 : 00.
Alternating weekends and holidays are part of the responsibility.
On-call duties are not required.
The Clinical Lab Scientist will focus solely on microbiology work.
Candidates must have experience in hospital clinical laboratories.
Familiarity with a variety of tests, including aerobic and anaerobic cultures, PCR testing, and rapid test kits, is essential.
Knowledge of quality assurance and controls is required.
The ability to perform specimen collection and microscopy is necessary.
Familiarity with charting systems is important for accurate documentation.
Candidates should be prepared to float to different facilities as needed.
Successful candidates will adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination.
