We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Stephen, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the inbound and outbound logistics of product shipments, ensuring smooth transportation operations and excellent customer communication. Shift Details :

Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm (some flexibility in hours / days)

Location : Stephen, MN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight operations, including scheduling appointments with trucking companies and avoiding overbookings.
• Enter orders into systems, manage logistical processes, and communicate pickup details with customers.
• Maintain continuous communication with supervisors on shipment status throughout the day.
• Check in drivers, verify shipment accuracy, and assign loading bay doors.
• Generate and manage required shipping documentation such as pick sheets and bills of lading.
• Monitor and map orders, address shortages, and create additional orders as necessary.
• Handle claims for lost or damaged products, ensuring timely resolution.
• Serve as a backup for other office personnel as needed.

POSITION INFORMATION

This position pays $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
