IDR, Inc. is seeking a Monitoring & Automation Administrator to join one of our top clients in Suwanee, GA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment and maintenance of observability tools, with a focus on automation and integration across various platforms.

This is a fully onsite position in Suwanee, GA!

Position Overview / Responsibilities :

  • Develop and sustain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and SLO / SLA reporting using Dynatrace as the primary tool.
  • Design and implement automated workflows utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate telemetry and logging standards effectively.
  • Utilize AI / ML features in observability platforms to enhance alert accuracy and root cause analysis.
  • Engage in incident response activities, including after-action reviews and proactive system improvements.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE with a focus on monitoring and automation.
  • Proficient in observability platforms like Dynatrace
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Strong understanding of telemetry concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, and events.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems.
