What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician , you will provide customer service which results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes and replacing residential forced air systems, A / C systems, and high-efficiency furnaces (retrofit) according to PPRBD specifications.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills / Experience) :

• 1+ year experience as an HVAC Lead Installation Technician
• Ability to obtain EPA and Mech 4 with in 90 days for start date
• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installing HVAC systems (lift up to 50 lbs)
• Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities

Compensation : Average $70 / hour- $90 / hour : Plus, a $7,000-hiring bonus (ask for details)

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
