Title : Life Safety Wall Maintenance Mech 1

Location : Johns Hopkins Hospital

Job Summary : Performs maintenance, inspection, repair, installation and modification work on interior building walls in accordance with Compartmentation guidelines. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of life safety technology.

Requirements : Certificate from an approved Life Safety Program.

5 years of related work experience in a maintenance environment.

The full-time equivalent in an approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Shift : Full Time Day Shift 7-3 : 30 pm

Salary Range : Minimum $24.24 / hour - Maximum $28.13 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
