R.S.M.C. Services is selectively recruiting a Full-Time Dentist on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated dental professional seeking strong clinical support, leadership potential, and outstanding financial rewards.
Salary : $230,000 – $250,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus : $25,000

Key Responsibilities :
Lead a patient-centered dental team
Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
Develop and present treatment plans
Deliver high-quality care with efficiency
Mentor clinical staff and stay updated through ongoing education
Qualifications :
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active or eligible dental license
