No prior experience required. 3-12 hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Located at Alton Memorial Hospital, Alton, IL. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their illness or injury.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
