Key Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated talent, learning, and change strategies aligned with business priorities
Partner with HR leadership to operationalize talent programs and build internal capabilities
Act as a senior voice in external talent communities and represent the organization at events
Required Qualifications
12+ years of leadership experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
Proven success in leading enterprise-wide talent and change initiatives
Strong knowledge of modern learning technologies and experience design
Ability to influence and advise senior executives and cross-functional teams
