Manager - Clinical Research Education
The Clinical Research Training Manager is responsible for designing, executing, supervising, and evaluating training programs for clinical research staff. This role ensures that staff possess the essential clinical skills and knowledge to conduct research ethically, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations, scope of practice, and state statutes. Additionally, the Clinical Research Manager collaborates with multidisciplinary research teams and hospital staff to develop training materials that facilitate efforts for the integration of clinical research workforce between the University of Kansas (University) and The University Of Kansas Health System (Health System). This role will collaborate with University and Health System stakeholders to optimize clinical research workforce policy, clinical skills validation processes, and training standards. This role requires an active Kansas Nursing License.

Compensation Statement : The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
