About the Role : Transition Coordinator

As the Transition Coordinator you will play a key role in the red carpet experience for incoming residents and their family members.

As a Transition Coordinator, you will :

• Support the marketing team by serving as a liaison to new residents who are moving into the community.
• Ensures residences are refurbished and ready to resale.
• Follows up with new residents to ensure that service levels are meeting expectations.
• Coordinates internal moves making sure that all internal and external parties involved function cohesively.
• Maintains detailed records and reports status of internal moves
• Assists with tours and follow up calls as requested.
• Fosters good working relationships with team members throughout the campus.
