Certified Payroll Administrator
Part Time Temporary Position
Monday-Friday / 5 Hours Daily
As a Certified Payroll Administrator, you will review and evaluate all certified payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve managing certified payroll reports, collaborating with project managers to address any payroll-related issues and ensuring that all aspects of payroll compliance are meticulously handled.
Certified Payroll Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and submitall Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports and Statements of Compliance.
- Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance.
- Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues.
- Reviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements.
Qualifications :
2+ years certified payrolladministrative experience preferred.Knowledge of prevailing wage and LCPtracker.Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.Strong data entry skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of Davis Bacon and Labor Laws preferred.Certified Payroll Administrator
