Description : Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in Transportation Management Solutions. We are looking for a "Hyper Hunter" type individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts, focusing on Managed Solutions, parcel optimization, truckload services, and opportunities in the Mexican market.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our Transportation Management Solutions, including parcel optimization and truckload services, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the outside sellers and operations teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly on progress toward sales targets.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Top 3 must have skills :
