The Services Portfolio Strategy team is responsible for determining Zebra's product offerings and driving evaluation, concept development, and customer adoption of new products to positively impact the customers' experience and market share. The Product Manager, Senior Advisor works autonomously to own product management for new innovation concepts that create Services offerings that address evolving customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and launching innovative products from scratch, a desire to solve complex problems and create impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Works collaboratively with senior leadership to define and develop objectives for new product concepts including in alignment with company goals in the form of Strategic Concept Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews. Facilitates organization processes to generate new product concept ideas.
- Conducts thorough comprehensive market research, voice of customer analysis, competitive landscape, distribution channels and Zebra offerings, anticipates market and customer requirements for assigned product(s) concepts.
- Recommends metrics to assess business opportunity, sizing and performance. Develops documentation of product and addressable market requirements. Fully accountable for integrated business plan inputs.
- Owns development presentation of business case by completing supportive research, authoring slides, and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences, routinely including senior management.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product both internally and externally ensuring alignment and communication for product plans with marketing, sales, engineering and leadership.
- Recommends pricing strategy in concert with finance and other internal partners including customer value assessment. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers and customers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Works closely with development and engineering teams and other key stakeholders to oversee early product development validating development is on spec. Identifies beta site targets, drafts, and implements plans with customers for early feedback. Recommends early promotion strategy by working in collaboration with Product Marketing department.
- Supports product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition. Responsible for complete product offer definitions, coordinates hand-off activities to lifecycle product team and rallies team to create product offer following Zebra's New Product Introduction (NPI).

Salary : USD 153900.00 - USD 230900.00 Yearly. Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
