Key Responsibilities : Patient Care : Supervise 3-4 CRNAs per Anesthesiologist. Pre-op and Post-op : Conduct pre-operative interviews and post-operative evaluations. Induction Presence : Be present for induction and assist CRNAs as needed. EMR System : Proficient use of Epic electronic medical records system. High-Volume Environment : Provide anesthesia care in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical program. Requirements : Board Certification : Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology. Certifications : ACLS and PALS certifications are required. Licensing : No specific state licensing requirements for submission, but timely credentialing is essential. Experience : Providers should have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment. OT Policy : Overtime will be applied after a 40-hour workweek, not after an 8-hour day.
