We're looking for a Plant Engineering Manager who's ready to lead, innovate, and leave a lasting mark.

What You'll Own :

Keep the facility running like a well-oiled machine—optimize, maintain, and modernize equipment and systems.

Lead engineering projects that enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Troubleshoot issues with speed and precision to minimize downtime.

Mentor your team and champion a proactive, safety-first culture.

Drive process improvements with an eye on cost, compliance, and sustainability.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership and management experience.

Track record of success leading complex engineering projects.

Bonus if you've got Process Engineering chops too.

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Process improvement expertise
