Direct Warehouse Day to Day Activities
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage warehouse employees
- Manage $85 million in SDI inventory
- Enter and approve payroll
- Conduct evaluations and provide training to new and existing employees as required
- Enter and Run daily cycle count and variance reports
- Oversee and approve all warehouse spare purchases
- Make CMMS inventory updates
- Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies
- Rectify purchasing / issuing errors using generally accepted accounting principles
- Create Monthly reports for accounting
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety meetings as required
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly inspections as required
- Manage and facilitate internal and external financial, safety, and quality audits
- Regularly collaborate with department supervisors and management to facilitate ongoing operations
