A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
Maintain accurate vehicle file updates and notes while meeting daily performance goals
Participate in team meetings and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work occasional overtime and maintain a professional virtual appearance
