Responsibilities
- Drive efficiencies and automation that help support the resilience of the Firm's most critical applications
- Set team goals and SLAs, collaborate with near-shore and offshore IT-DR teams; help set the IT-DR lifecycle roadmap and identify unaddressed areas for solutioning
- Assign team members to the right projects within budget and timelines; ensure team members have the skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to leadership
- Balance execution with tactical planning and participate in strategic planning; monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance for the IT-DR area
- Advocate alignment with relevant strategies, ensuring adherence and coordinating with the Enterprise Resilience Organization and Risk management; guide IT disaster recovery and business application teams toward optimal solutions
- Engage with department management and staff across Digital Nexus and functional processes to influence client expectations and provide well-considered alternatives and recommendations for improvements; ensure goals and objectives are consistently met
