Key Responsibilities
Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls
Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
Provide solutions to simplify the healthcare experience for a variety of clients
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in customer interaction (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
6+ months of healthcare experience
Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
